This is a superb product, well made and great value.I always suffer with bruising on my coccyx when doing sit ups, so the additional pad is really comfortable and supportive to protect against this.The curved pad protects the lumbar spine by keeping it neutral.It is light enough to easily take travelling for those HIIT sessions in the hotel room!The only thing it can't do is rep out the sit ups for you... you'd get 10 stars for that!

Bigger than a standard ab mat, the Hardy Strength mat looks and feel a quality product. The unique fold away section makes it a pleasure to use when extended and it does not move around. Folding away makes it easy for storage or transport the box! If you are a keen CrossFitter and have your own collection of kit at home, this is a worthy addition.

I love this ab mat, I had hip surgery recently and since I have this mat I can finally do sit up and crunches with no discomfort, it also supports my lower back so bonus points there too. Its portable and light so I'll take it with me on holiday. Highly recommend.

Bought this product because I have been suffering the dreaded tailbone chaffing! It works brilliantly and provides a great workout. I have a couple of Abmats, including a Rogue official one and this is every bit as good. Great quality and means I can now get a great Ab workout without the discomfort. Highly recommend...

I love this Ab mat! It’s super-comfy and perfect for my PT business. It keeps my back in the correct position and doesn’t move around when I’m crunching and doing other core exercises. Cushion is much too large and too hard. Hurts my back. I use many others at CrossFit gyms and they are quite a bit smaller and softer cushion that Moldavia to your back. This one just hurts. I’ve had it for six months and tried to break it in but to no avail.

Have been using this abmat myself and with clients and it’s fab. Having the mat to avoid chafing is such a brilliant idea and works a treat. Good product, great quality

Why didn’t I find this product earlier!!! The chaffing from the gym floor is only too real........!!Great quality and great comfort means sit-ups just got that little bit easier. Would highly recommend.
