Comfortable and Handy
I bought these because I am paralysed and wanted a small weight that I could get my carer to put on my hands without me dropping it. They do that job nicely, and when I waved my arms about for 20 minutes it is certainly more of a workout.Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.
