Good washing machine, make sure to follow the guide and take off the nails in the back before use
followed the guide that came with the washing machine and there is no loud vibration sound as complained by other users, all good and happy with this product

Washed clothes are smelling bad
Hoover is good brand, not sure what is the issue with this washing machine. Never had issues with any of my previous one's. This one smells really bad. Could be due to poor installation service. I had American brand washing machine before and was installed through reputed company. It was perfect and lasted more than 8 years without any issues. This one smells bad even clean clothes after multiple washes. Will return if not fixed asap😕
