no problems at all
first i feel bad for people that had problems mine was perfect. i read reviews talking about the tires being cheap not correct they are small and skinny but are decent. people talked about the chain sure not the best in the world but i'm sure it will hold up for a couple years if treated right. people that had it changed saying it was noisy I bet the chain wasn't noisy the gears might have needed adjusted, if you took it to a bike shop yes they will tell you to replace the chain so they can make money off of you.mine came with a book showing how to take care of everything i put a couple pics of brake adjustment and gear adjustment, i did adjust my front brake just to fine tune it.people need to understand they are buying a bike for street riding (not a bmx) my first ride i got 26 miles out of the battery 18 miles in no.2 setting and 8 miles in no.3 power setting. this bike is way better than i expected for the price i got it for and could not be happier. I am 56 years old 6 feet tall and 188lbs. and i feel very comfortable on this bike. the only thing that would be better would be a little higher gearing because in the third power you have to pedal pretty fast to keep up with the motor. I just ordered the swifty at656 so look for my review on it in about a week when it arrives.

Not that great
Not even 2 months of having this bike we’ve nothing but problems
A**.
Only gave a star because it made me. This is not an electric bike- it’s a pedal assist
You have to pedal all the time to make it go. Would’ve returned if it wasn’t so expensive to return. Do not recommend

LOVE this Bike!
I was on the fence about getting this because I recently bought a regular bicycle. I have a fairly large neighborhood though, and I travel throughout it frequently, so I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that I did! It is the perfect car-alternative mode of transportation, especially on hot days. I don’t get hot traveling on this bike, because I am exerting minimal effort to keep it going. In fact, given the extra speed you achieve on this bike, the breeze keeps you quite comfortable. The bike was mostly assembled out of the box, and I was able to finish the assembly without any problems. The written instructions and pictures were a little confusing at times, but it was still fairly easy to figure out what was needed. What was actually required to complete the assembly was not difficult to do at all.The battery charges fairly quickly, with a provided charger, and its charge lasts a long time. The instructions recommend that you recharge the battery after every trip, regardless of the length of the trip/time in use. I’m a little skeptical of this, because some of my trips are quite short. The battery is easy to snap into place, and there is a key to lock the battery to the bike if desired. It is a little more difficult for me to remove the battery, but a good tug will get it out.The actual operation of the bike is easy. The battery has an on/off button and the bike also has a power button. Once the bike power is turned on, it is easy to choose and switch between three speeds. It takes a little getting used to the pedals immediately engaging the electric motor, when speed 1 - 3 has chosen, so a little caution is advised at first. You can also choose “0” which allows you to manually power the bike. I don’t have much feedback on the gears; I have only used the bike on roads that are mostly level, so I have not had a need to shift through the various gears. The little bit that I have tested the gears, they seem to shift without any issues.I have taken one star away, because a week after I got/assembled the bike, the kick-stand snapped off of it. One of my adult daughters had taken the bike for a ride and was handing it off to my other adult daughter to try it. This daughter didn’t realize that the kickstand had been engaged, so she sat on the bike and immediately began pedaling it. Just the movement of the pedal against the kickstand caused it to snap in two, where it was bolted to the bike. Hopefully I will be able to find a replacement.
