Love That Sass (Dire Wolf Mates) Paperback – August 31, 2023

This series is still one of my absolute favorites by this author. And what an addition this book is! She completely went off script and paired the bad boy with the good girl for a HEA that you won’t want to miss. I loved seeing their journey to each other and the culmination of their courtship. Not to mention the ending was a celebration of what came before and what is still to come. I can’t wait to see who joins the pack next.

What can I say ? This one had a whole bunch of Sass, highs and lows. Loved the beginning between Gwen and Weylin .It’s amazing how much the human women fit in with all the shifters and they didn’t treat her any less because of her being a human. Love the comedy as well as the romance and hea.

Cute story with characters that you can enjoy and relate to. The storyline could’ve been developed a little bit more just with simple fixes. Editing is a little distracting. I’m glad we got to glimpse the birth of Lucy‘s cubs.

Amazing story, really enjoyed the mix of desperation with hope, fun with love, & laughter. Also the unexpected twists that had me glued to the pages. So worth reading.

Loved this addition to the Dire Wolves series !! Weylin needed a mate ! Continues with great characters and world building.

Weylin is a dire wolf shifter and he is the MC's playboy. He loves them and leaves them and doesn't want things to change. He makes sure that his partner for the evening always knows the score. Then one night when he is working as bartender in the bar, he sees a beautiful woman come in and his wolf claims her as his. He kisses her and ends up being slapped in the face and accused of molesting her. He figures out that Gwen is his fated mate and that she is a human who has no clue of the existence of shifters. His alpha tells him that he needs to leave Gwen alone but Weylin refuses to give up on winning his mate.Gwen is dire straights. She was raised by her grandfather who was a deacon in their church. Now her grandfather is suffering from alzheimer's and she had to put in a home to take care of him. She has to make a lot of money to pay for his care. When she hears how well the biker bar treats their help, she goes to ask for a job immediately. When she tries to talk to the bartender, he stares at her and then he lays a kiss on her. Offended she slaps him. A pregnant bartender comes over to check on her and she asks about a job. She is thrilled to be hired but she is torn between annoyance and attraction when Weylin is around. Absolutely an awesome sweet fated mate love story. Wonderful characters, sexy shifters, a sassy hard working human woman, steamy, protective man/Shifter, entertaining, drama, happy ending. I couldn't put the book down. Weylin is a dire wolf shifter and a playboy until his fated mate walked right into his place of work. From that moment on, he was hooked. He has to patient because she's human and she's built walls to guard her heart. Gwen needs a job to pay for her grandfather's care. She vowed to save herself for her husband, that made dating difficult for her. When a sexy playboy bartender makes his moves on her, she puts him in his place. It takes patience andunderstanding for Weylin to slowly win Gwen's heart, but when he does, he gets everything and then some that he never knew he wanted.I was given an ARC and voluntarily reviewed it.

Weylin and Gwendolin went through manipulations, ups and downs, twists and turns before they get their HEA but even through all their struggles their relationship was true and passionate.
