Cheap, plastic machine
Earlier review suggested it was sufficient - it's really not.Temperature's displayed on screen DO NOT correlate to those displayed. It does not hit 190+ for a draw and it def does not hit 210+ for steaming wand operation. The shell is plastic throughout, very light weight.Requesting a refund.

Milk Frother not working properly
I bought this unit back in March and noticed last week that it doesn't froth the milk and quickly nor as hot as it used to be.I always clean the wand after every use and I am not sure how to solve this problem.I may have to buy a manual milk frother in the mean time.
