I received a jacket with a defective snap. I wanted to contact the ALPHA CYCLE GEAR before going the Amazon return route. In the product description it says, "ANY ISSUES DON’T WORRY REACH US OUT BY MESSAGING US ON AMAZON. OUR INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCED 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL ASSIST YOU".However, there is no way to contact this phantom "24/7 Customer Service"! Their website "alphacyclegear.com" "contact us" page says, "The store owner has not yet configured a contact form for this website. Click here to set this up". The Amazon "Contact this Seller" link goes to the same place/page. No Phone Contact either! Nothing provided with the jacket itself. despite, the description's claim of "3 YEARS’ WARRANTY" and "YKK ZIPPERS –LIFETIME WARRANTY".The Website does provide a "Create an Account", which I did NOT do.I really want to like this jacket, I hoping the replacement that is on its way from Amazon is good, and it holds up, because, as of this point, Customer Service, does not seem to exist for any reasonable person. which also means their claims about having a "Warranty" are null and void. You can not take advantage of a warranty, if you cant contact them!

Ordered a small for a 5'4" & 120 pounds, B cup woman. Fits comfortably without the liner. The padding and braces are all in the right places. With the liner the jacket was tight, but that's when I weighed 127, and before I figured out how to adjust it. I share the jacket with two other women who are about 5'7 and weigh less, and it also fits them well. Larger chested women may wish to go up a size. Good air vents. Wasn't sure if I'd like the pink color, but I'm enjoying the small added flair. The jacket gets too warm unlined for very hot days in the sun. Next time I'd do more research and buy a jacket designed for hot summers, due to the climate where I live, but I don't regret this purchase. Great first jacket.

I suggest when measuring your body, leave a little room and order the one according to that. I immediately took the shoulder pads out due to uncomfort but the rest was as described.
