I have several students who have trouble sitting still, and tried exercise bands to get out some of the energy. The normal exercise bands make way too much noise and do not stay on the chair legs. This bouncy band stays put on the chair leg and does not make noise as students use it. The band lets students get out excess energy and focus on their school work. The tension in the band is strong enough that the band does not move down the chair legs.
