This chair came and it was even better than I expected. The fabric is very soft and plush on the back and more firm on the seat area. It was pretty simple to put together but bringing it in you may need 2 people. I love this chair and I am very happy with the purchase. The dark gray is very beautiful.

I purchased two of these recliners. I am very disappointed in the size. They looked much larger in the pictures. They are very hard, not cozy at all. I’m 5’2” and my feet hang off in the reclined position. It is just uncomfortable in every way. I purchased these because I’m fixing to have knee replacement and needed a recliner after surgery. I’m am not physically able to box these back up and send them back so I’m stuck with them. I would not recommend purchasing this recliner.

Very comfortable chair. The mechanical runs smoothly and quietly. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that the color is more blue than gray.

Hard as a rock absolutely no head support. Reclining mechanism sound like it’s going to break down. Don’t buy this one. Update less than 3 months recliner broke down. Have to pull ir oit by hand.

This is a good chair for your back … it is like sitting on a hard box. The back of chair is high so good for tall people.. I don’t think it would hold up very well if you used it every day.. I don’t know for sure because I just got it and I won’t be using it often.. just needed another recliner for guests..
