a small, lightweight hammer that is low-priced and good for around the house was okay to use; everything stayed intact

A well made product as claw hammers go with a reasonable price tag.
A required tool at a reasonable price and appeared to be substantial in its appearance. Bought as a requirement by a relative who does not own one but is in need for a home project. Fits the bill.
