Hachimaki is a Japanese headband worn as a symbol of perseverance or effort by the wearer. A common literal tranlsaton for Hissho, 必勝, is “certain victory” but in this context as worn on a hachimaki, Hissho can be taken to mean the wearer is determined to succeed or win hence our translation of "must win". Made in Japan.

Hissho doesn't mean must win...
Hissho means certain/sure win/victory but not must win. It's made out of the characters 'hitsu' which means certain/sure and 'sho' meaning victory. So certain victory and not must win. :)P.S.: I didn't go for this bandana. I'm thinking of buying Gokaku, since it's meaning is "correcting status/rank", i.e. passing exams or just simply success.
