Ener-G Egg Replacer- 16 Oz (Pack of 3)

I've been successfully using this product for years and although they've changed the packaging, it's still a great product. I haven't tried to make quiche with this substitute, but have used it instead of eggs or egg white to make bread, cakes, etc. plus it has lots of recipes right on the box. My only disappointment is that they changed the interior packaging from paper to plastic. I'm trying to get rid of all the plastic I can.Note I still recommend this product.

I made a chocolate cake and it was better without real eggs. I was impressed.

I’ve been a vegan for 22 years and discovered this product within the first few years of being vegan. When it comes to replacing eggs for leavening and binding in baked goods, nothing else compares. Not only does it accomplish this better than any other product that’s been introduced in the market, It is tasteless and odorless so all that you taste in your baked goods is the things you want people to taste. I’d be lost if they ever stopped making this; it’s a household essential for me!

No bind baked food together. No where does this wonderful product that is for baking does it claim to be a substitute for fried eggs, scrambled eggs. Been using this brand for 20 years. Great stuff!

No egg on your face here. Because there is no egg! I've used it in some baked goods and pancakes. Baked goods come out fine and the pancakes were great.

Disgusting doesn’t look like or taste like eggs. I wanted to vomit. And of course cannot be returned waste of money

I wanted an egg substitute for eating like breakfast or putting on a sandwich but this is just for baking.
