Q: My full helmet is a medium which is 57-58 cm what size should I get in this helmet

I would get a medium. The husband has medium in both full face helmet and this one.

Q: Is the bill of the hat in the front or the back?

You can wear it either or. Wearing the bill backwards puts the chin strap on your left side making it awkward to undo as it's not like traditional helmets with the strap on the right side. The strap on this helmet is not my favorite as it's difficult to undo since it's a loop system only. Trying to get it to lose up is a PITA.
