The media could not be loaded. The chimes are very lightweight, but look good, and most importantly make a beautiful sound. They are quiet and soothing; just loud enough to hear them when sitting on the patio, but no danger of annoying the neighbours.They are ready to hang up straight from the package, no assembly required.I'm so happy with them.
