Pack of 250 Small Mini Hair Elastics Silicone Braiding Bands for Dreads Cornrows Braiding (Clear)

I always use these type of bands in my daughters very thick hair. They are the only type that keep a ponytail in place at school without slipping down.They were bought to replace a pack of similar bands from the high street, and in comparison they are slightly thinner and smaller and generally more flimsy, however they do the job equally well. I view them as single use and cut them out with nail scissors and bin at the end of the day. They definitely aren’t snag free and cause tears if I try to pull them out of my daughters hair, rather than snip, at the end of the day.

I use these on my beard which I plait. I wear a bead at the end and these cannot be seen in use. They last well. Really happy with them.

I wanted these to fasten very thin plaits, having read reviews about how stretchy they were I was worried that they would be too big. They look quite big, nowhere near the size of a bobble but big for a teeny plait but they are fine and work well. Had I opened the pack before I plaited my hair I would have been worried and might never have tried them, but I'm pleased I did. I think I had to loop it about six times but its not at all bulky. I wouldn't try and reuse but I think you could if you were careful when removing.

For the price I payed they wearnt bad, and didn't snap as I thought they would, though just don't put them near anything to hot or they'll snap and melt.
