2020 It's as thin as Newspaper and NOT Water Resistant
It's 2020. These sheets are as thin and as water-resistant as newspaper. Maybe it was better a few years back? There is no way it could be used as a paint drop cloth on the floor or on furniture.I wanted to kill some groundcover. The only way to make this maybe work was to paint it with semi gloss paint, to make it stronger and water resistant. That brings the cost of the sheet to $27. ( two coast = 3/4 gallon of paint ).*Also note that there is a center seam the runs the length of the paper sheet.

Good paper tarp for painting
I don't know why there is a one start review about how easy it tares. It's heavy enough to not tare if handled appropriately. It has to be unfolded. I supposed if I were careless, shaking it like a cloth tarp to unfold it, it would tear, but it works great for me. I usually get mine from Home Depot for a few dollars less.

Tuff and adjustable
I used this as both a dropcloth and to wrap extra large paintings. Good for both!

Thin material, not that ok.
Looks a bit thin and tears easily. Usable but not the best quality.

Don't bother
Do not bother with this purchase. I've seen wrapping paper that is thicker than this - it tears at the slighted movement. Trust me, the claim of heavy kraft paper is woefully inaccurate.
