Almost perfect !
Excellent book but slightly spoiled by a predictable ending

What it is to understand.
Initially, a simple and straightforward read about what family means and how we are shaped by family events. However, it gradually becomes more meaningful and very poignant. Writing simply allows truth to be both explicit and implicit and the reader is drawn into the complexity of the relationships through dialogue and poetry. There were many moments to stop and contemplate - and to want to reach out and share. I won’t forget this book.
