Have been wanting to get back in shape after a long break from working out and this helps so much. Working out those muscles and then using this alongside has really given my body shape and worked those muscles. This is extremely easy to use, comfortable to wear and superb quaility. Combined with workout this gives the quickest results to get in shape. Would recommend

I bought this item many times, cause it has the most powerful performance on all of the similar products. However every time after 2-3 weeks of use it just stops working. It makes the lights in control remote and in the pad but does not longer vinrate even if it is charged. Shame.

My wife shared an interest in these, and I must say she seems delighted! Everything is made to a high standard is very easy to use and her feedback is that she feels like her muscles are being used and worked. She certainly feels it the next day after using the product. we will see how it works out in the long run and I’ll try and put another review on here later on. So far so good

Not so great quality, product was fine till it needed recharging and won’t

For the first two weeks it was great, I felt like I could feel and see a difference, but then one day it just stopped working! It was fully charged and the light was on but couldn't feel a thing. Very disappointing

Bought this as a xmas gift- used twice and already doesn’t work- complete waste of money

I bought it for myself. It works better than expected. It's easy to use and has added a new dimensions to my hip excercise. Overall convenient hip trainer, add intensity to work outs. I highly recommend it to others.

It doesn’t deserve so much as a 1 star. Poor quality. Stopped working after 5/6 times. Contacted seller to no avail, not even a response. Would be just as well to throw your £20 away.
