Pros: Very pretty and works.Cons: No matter what buttons I push, I’m lucky if it stays on for an hour. Very annoying!UPDATE: The seller offered a refund, but I did not feel that was fair to them. Technically it works, so I’ll just restart it more often than I planned. I appreciate they got back to me so quickly. I’m going to bump the review up a star because in this day and age, very few try to make things right and they did.UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: The company sent a new diffuser and it seems to be staying on (still diffusing after 2 Ted Lasso episodes—yeaaa). I very much appreciate it and the people at EQUSUPRO. They have speedily made it right! Lovely product and a company with integrity.

Works great. Good size . I use it daily. The auto shut off is so convenient.

It's so pretty I like to use pumpkin spice or pina colada smells so good. Nothing like a great smelling home great for a gift.

UPDATED REVIEW January 2024;Seller replaced non-working unit, & replacement works as it should thus far. I appreciate the follow up customer care... TYORIGINAL REVIEW: I liked when it worked, I hated when it just stopped, I care for my belongings EXACTLY as stated in owners manuals etc. there's no reason why a product like this should just stop working, especially as soon after purchase as it happened. So my opinion as a consumer is it's just bad quality. That's it, ya live n learn.

I hadn’t had this oil diffuser before. I absolutely love it. Very easy to use and it smells wonderful and also works as a mini humidifier. It has helped my apartment not be so dry in the winter time. It also leaves a nice smell of whatever you put in it. I’m seriously thinking about getting another one. The colors are beautiful too!

Liked ease of operation and pretty colors. Only lasted a few months and then stopped working. Don't know if there is a warranty.

Doesn't take up a lot of room and it looks beautiful. Colours change slowly and almost invisibly. Slow and even steam. I bought this for the kitchen, I have a similar one in my bedroom but may switch it to my living room. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

I finally tried it today along with the oil and it has such pretty colors on it and it really looks pretty at night with the changing colors! Very nice! 👍

Hope they make a bigger size in this . Love it but light effect shows in darkness

For its size it works well. The lights are very nice and are quite bright for their size. Fits good amount of water for night time use lasts pretty well the 3 hours that it’s maxed at.
