Work well for hot or cold.

I purchased these coffee cups for church. I received the hundred cups but, only received 96 lids, now I have four cups without lids.I know it may seem rude to complain but, when you purchase a product that says 100 cups with 100 lids you expect to receive what you paid for, too late to send back for replacement need them for Sunday morning service.

Very thin everytime i use one i have to double the cup because it will burn my hand since they never came with sleeves
