## Questions & Answers

**Q: If it does not fit can I exchange it for another size?**
A: I believe you can exchange it for the correct size

**Q: I have a mallet pinky finger. Size 2 fits well but in the past, I’ve lost it when it slipped off. Any ideas on how to secure it to my finger?**
A: You can wear a Gel Tube under the Oval-8. If you will be wearing a Gel Tube under an Oval-8 or any other finger splint, we recommend you go up 1 to 2 sizes in the splint.

**Q: I wear a 9x6.5 in a silver double ring splint. What size would i wear with these plastic splints? Please help!**
A: The silver ring splint is a different splint than the Oval-8 Finger Splint so their sizing is not the same. To determine what size Oval-8 you'll need, use a flexible measuring tape to measure around the joint of the affected finger to a snug but not tight fit. You may also visit your local jeweler and ask to have a ring sizer to measure the affected finger joint.

**Q: If the product provides two sizes of 1/2 size difference depending on how it is applied, is the displayed size the larger or smaller measurement? The**
A: There is a + sign on one end of the splint. If you put that end on first, the Oval-8 Finger Splint will fit a 1/2 size larger.
