Classic Sliding Fits 44-47 inch opening, Obscure Glass, Silver Finish

Well i did nt like that one of the panels broke but that was our fault . I just need to know the procedure to get 1 new glass panel

The installer fixed the frame & hung the first glass on the rail and as he was holding the glass it just crumbled into pieces without him doing anything. The dropping pieces of glass made deep cuts on his hand. All that was left of the glass were two clamps as shown in the picture. What a terrible product, I doubt whether it is tempered at all and the thickness should never be allowed either. This could have been so much worse if children, women, or elderly people were involved. Please refrain from buying this product. I bought another glass shower door from a big box store which is perfect. Life is more precious.

Looks great, quality materials. Installation could have been easier with better closeup and detailed video links. Average homeowner might have trouble with some steps of installation. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product.

By the time my contractor got around to installing this I had missed the return window. It come scratched up pretty bad and missing some mounting hardware. I emailed the compnay and was told I had to buy the missing hardware and was past the return date. I ended up just buying a whole new kit somewhere else. This is a nice looking shower door and I was sad I wasn't going to be able to use it

Overall this is a nice product for the money. My disappointment was with missing screws, loose hardware and sketchy instructions. I was missing the two screws for the center guide. Good thing I had some laying around. The hanger brackets were loose - one was almost falling off. The screws were partially stripped so I had to be extra careful tightening them down. The adjustment screws for the rollers were also loose. I will upload a photo if it will let me.
