Wow. We bought this chair set for our breakfast area and we were very surprised by the quality of the product when we put it together. The white color proved to be very elegant and the seat material does not feel cheap at all although it is made of plastic. We thought it would be a nightmare to put together when we ordered it since we were thinking that we may need to put all the trusses together. But when we opened the box, we found that the set-up were almost entirely pre-assembled. The only thing we had to do was to put the seat and the base together with 4 bolts. Very simple assembly. The legs of the chair also has plastic sliders so we didn't even have to put any on to protect our wooden floor. There are lots of other little things that they really did right (eg. the screw has loctite on already so it won't fall out, they supply thick plastic washer to protect seat from being damaged due to over tightening, the assembly is very simple, the packing material protects all the parts very well and free from scratching etc..) All of these made this product very outstanding and show its high quality. Overall, we were very pleased with this set of chairs.

For the price, this is a good deal. The height is actually perfect for me (I'm 5'2") as a desk chair although it helps to have a pillow to support your back. It looks great, although the material wasn't really what I expected. I thought the white coating would be smoother, but it's more coarse and looks like it will be tough to clean. It also attracts hair crazy! Very static prone so we'll see if it becomes chewbacca this winter. The legs are also a slightly darker wood color (I was expecting light birch) and one of my 2 chairs came with marks on the seat. It's not too noticeable, but it's bothersome when you get all white chairs...Overall, I like this armchair style more than the traditional eames style chairs as it's much more comfortable to sit on. These chairs look really beautiful in photos too, and I'm happy with the quick delivery and ease of building it (the instructions are not that clear as all the little circle pieces that come with it are drawn to the same size...but it's easy enough to figure out and put together solo. Feels pretty stable too, but only time will tell. Attaching some photos that might help as I was confused about how deep the seat is (when you photograph from the top it looks like the seat dips really low, but it's actually pretty level).

I love these chairs! I wanted to update the look in my home and I have a small table off my kitchen where I do art projects and these are perfect! They brighten up the room and update it. I sit in them every day. They are very sturdy. Everyone that comes over loves them and the change up. Also they were easy to Assemble and everything needed came with the chairs. Super Happy !

I had been looking for chairs for my office. I wanted something that was not too expensive but also made a statement. These chairs fit that mold perfectly. They come packaged well so there is no damage to worry about. There are only two pieces, the base and the seat so it is pretty easy to figure out what goes were even though the directions are pretty vague. The seats are a little lower than I would have thought but they are comfortable for plastic. They shape well and arm rest are in perfect spot. These look great in my office and I have gotten a lot of copliments to the point where I think I am going to get some for my house. Great product

Pros and cons here we go...Pros:They arrived quickly but this is also because I'm located in Los Angeles where the seller ships from. East coast folks may need to expect slightly longer shipping. I purchased on a Thursday evening and they shipped the following Monday.Overall look is beautiful but that's true of all the listings you'll see on here for eames style chairsAll hardware was included and nothing was brokenCons:Received a damaged chair. One of the white chairs has a black spot on the inside upper arm of the chair. It will not come off with any cleaners so I'm guessing these will be impossible to keep clean. Maybe white was a bad choice on my part but it just has such a nice classic look to it. I am still waiting to here back from the seller to see if they can at least discount my order for this. I wouldn't want to have to pay to ship back damaged items as well as replacements.The seller claims that these do not have indents on the top of the seats where the legs attach. They do. I know a lot of people won't care about that but I did buy them specifically from this seller because of that claim. Makes me wonder if any of the information they provided about the quality of their product is true.Seat height dimensions are incorrect. Specifically they are lower than the actual chair height as the seat curves up from the front about an inch. Again, this may not matter to some people but I have a very tiny kitchen table and that extra inch means my legs don't fit very far under the table.The stain on the wood of legs doesn't match. I purchased two of the white chairs with light wood legs. While both are lightly colored one if more reddish than the other. If you are buying sets beware that they may not be identical. For the price maybe that's to be expected?Update: The seller was willing to issue me a discount for the issues I had with my chairs. They were very quick to respond and get the situation corrected. I'm happy overall with my purchase and would recommend this seller.
