Within 2 weeks of your delivery order this sleeper has worn out from the joint. You have a return policy for 10 days. This could not survive 2 weeks. I bought 2 of these within a week. I am waiting what can you do to protect your brand image,quality control and retain faith of customers after this. Will expect your response which again will post here as soon as I get it. I keep hopes in the prudence of your progressive marketing personnel. I liked and had selected this one amongst almost 2 dozen choices…but disheartened to see this uncalled for fall in quality so early!

Super comfortable slipper for men
I bought this slipper for Kumbh mela considering we have to walk a lot and this slipper has really saved me. It’s very soft and comfortable. Perfect size and fits very well. It is durable and good quality. Color as shown in picture. Must buy.

Poor strap quality
Cushioning is good but the strap quality is poor. Buy something else in this price

I am extremely disappointed with this product. The sandals I received are of very poor quality and do not match the expected standard. This is unacceptable. I request an immediate replacement with a genuine, high-quality product or a full refund. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking appropriate legal action under applicable consumer protection laws. I will also file a formal complaint regarding the sale of a defective and substandard product. I expect a quick and fair resolution.
