Collector Stamps, not for current use
I misunderstood what I was buying when I purchased these stamps. At just under $2.75 per stamp, these "Forever" Global stamps are more than twice the cost of a current "Forever" Global stamp.(current stamp price is $1.15 per oz for first class letter)Apparently these stamps are intended to be kept by Stamp Collectors, not to be used as postage.These stamps are in very good condition (I'm not a collector, so "very good" is not intended to be a hobbyists condition term), and are, I expect, what a collector would expect as an addition to a serious Stamp collection.I guess I'll be putting these away for some future collector
