good quality tape. I have used many others and this one has been one of the best in terms of durability as it sticks well and lasted the entire time i played football. In terms of pain relief it does reduce the pain which is good but i can still feel pain. its not magic but it serves its purpose!! i would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  It didn't withstand my intensive training, but did help with eleviating my muscle pains away during the exercise routine at home. It kept well up enough until I kicked my training into high gear, want to note my high gear is beyond olympic and S.A.S level so this product is probably better than normal kinesiology tape, for the average person. I also think it's more targeted towards females maybe because I wanted to use the perforated one, but not putting pink on sorry I grew up in the 80's lol.The others aren't perforated, this is suppsoed to help it be more breathable, the others are also unique respect to their own style, the skin colour one is pre-cut to make it easier for certain taping techniques, while the blue one which I like colourwise is the normal one. The tape strength is decent for normal use. I doubt there's anyone on this Earth that can train as hard as me.Anyways decent product that you might like more than me, just not sure about the colour choice for me. Couldn't it have been red?

En mi caso al menos lo he utilizado para estos 3, sobretodo para el tobillo me ha funcionado muy bien. Se puede cortar por la mitad para sacar dos tiras pasándolo por los dos lados del tobillo.Muy agradable al tacto. La parte posterior está preparada para poder pegarla a la piel. Fácil de retirar, sin molestias ni tirones (bueno yo tengo las piernas depiladas, no sé si con pelos dolerá al retirarlo). Ancho de la cinta de 5 cm.
