They never worked!
They don’t work at all!! Right out the package i tried them on and when you plug it into your phone it makes one beep noise as if it connected but the sound comes out of your iphone. Very strange and disappointing!

I like these a lot. Washed them by mistake and they still work well.

Bluetooth?
They work fine, but every time I plug them in they don’t work unless the Bluetooth is on and I have to “connect them” even if it’s directly plugged into my phone. They are not wireless or Bluetooth so I’m confused. But it’s a pain.

The sounds are loud.
They’re pretty good quality. They have to connect to Bluetooth. They work on iPhone and iPad.

The product is okay. I was expecting a good sound quality but I was disappointed. Mic was fine, comfort wise is alright, stability not so much, volume controls is okay and performance like I said it’s okay.
