Great product the battery goes dead fast but I made due

I'm not sure why, but the battery life does not sustain very long. My business door is always opening and the door sensor tends not to hold up very long (it die out very quickly for me). I just replaced it with a new battery after 1 and a half months, monitoring to see how long this new one would last. But overall it is OK.

I got the 3-sensor/2-receiver version. When a sensor is triggered, the numeric display shows which sensor was triggered (001, 002, or 003 in this case). But it only displays the number for about 1 second, so if you don't look fast, you miss it. The sensors are assigned a number from the factory, but they aren't labeled, so you need to try each sensor to see which is #001, etc.I asked a question in the Amazon product if the receivers display which sensor is being triggered, which was answered incorrectly by someone. I don't see how to answer the question myself. But I see the product description now says, "The LED indicator can display different numbers to help you easily distinguish which door is opened." And yes it does.You have the option to set a different ringtone chime for each sensor, which could be used to indicate which sensor was triggered. IMO, there are only 2 ringtones that are suitable for commercial use (ding-dong type chimes); the rest are songs which I have no interest in. Frankly, they are very cheesy.Volume has a few settings. The lowest volume was still too loud for me, so I put a piece of tape over the speaker which solved the problem.Double-chime: as others have noted, the ringtone plays 2 times each time the door is opened. Seems like a bug. The manufactured suggested pairing the sensors, but since mine worked out of the box, I did't do the pairing procedure. Maybe that will fix it.Close chime: as others have noted, the ringtone also chimes when the door closes; and it also chimes twice.So each time a door is opened, the ringtone sounds 4 times; twice when opened, twice when closed. Yes it's a bit annoying, but on the bright side, I hear every visitor.

Now I can hear when someone opens my external gate.. very awesome.

Ordered 3 chimes, two were obviously either returned or refurbished. Scratches and missing the protective screen covers. The range is poor less than 50 feet with only 1 door in between.They work but not what I thought I was ordering and definitely not the way I hopped they would.All in all a disappointment unfortunately.

The media could not be loaded.  These door alarms are AMAZING!I have children who like ti walk out of my house, or go in my garage to turn the thermostat up to 90 degrees!Or just sneak out after bedtime to get into goodies!Alarms are on all doors, all have different tones you can set, so you know which door is opening!I have the main box plugged in my room, so no children can unplug it, you can adjust the volume on the main box, super loud or super quiet.It can connect up to 20 door alarms!PLUS You don’t need Wi-FiTo change the tones click the up or down button on the main box until you find the tone you want, hold down the volume button until you hear a small beep, you have five seconds to open the door for the tone you want changed.After you do that, the tone will be different the next time you open it.

Received the unit and sensors work out of the box. The instructions for installing are pretty useless and don’t even make sense with the equipment I received.Upon installing and using, the unit “ding-dongs” twice every time the door opens and “ding -dongs” twice when the door closes. So it is pretty annoying and not at all what was expected.I thought it would ding-dong once when the door is open. Instead… it goes off so many times and is so annoying that I may need to remove altogether

These work AMAZING once you get them set up as a set. Pairing the first was easy but I had difficulty pairing the others. I got them all paired though and it gives me piece of mind living next to a busy road with a 3 year old.
