Too loud, the noise reach to the neighborhood. Too much moving, I placed it in the left corner and start washing then when it's finished I found it at the other corner of the toilet. Sometimes the washing machine want's to go outside the house HHAHAHAHAHA Please Seller do something, I just had this for a week. It's very frustrating.

Fix it by removing the screws from back. Washing is good but makes lot of noise during spinning.
Fixed it by removing screws from back Washing machine keeps moving violently during the spinning. And it keeps moving out from the space underneath the slab.

Good washing machine but they deliver only out side of your building just road side
The washing machine is very good less noisy and no shaking but I face worse experience with delivery as its mentioned delivered by amazon but its not its delivered by TMF and they just delivered in the road side they said we will not deliverto my appointment... I bring up and install by my self

INSTALATION SHOULD BE FREE
product 2,star,no proper drying stains not removed, but why charged 60AED as installation?, installation should be free ,better we can buy from stores directly so that they deliver and fix same time waited for 2 day to fix and also with charge ? Substandard as per my rating ,other non brand better than this

Spin was good, but its too small to be honest it's not 7kg
The delivery time was perfect . Machine was good. As of now. No noise, it's easy to install well anyway I do it by my self its not too heavy. In too short its very amazing and convenient for me.. All was good.
