My bade came in that I needed for an event and this is so much easier to carry around instead of a paper media pass that I’ve been carrying around that’s messed up. This is more official and professional. I will order again from this company.

The card it pretty good quality, and came pretty fast, unfortunately non of the information I added was included, like my name, position or any of the information I included, but the background picture. It also came a lot darker than I had expected, other than that it's a decent card. But it is useless to me because it didn't include any of my identifying information (update)After my initial review I was contacted by someone from TheBadgeZoo company who over the past few days has done a lot to make up for the problems I had with my first badge. They made a additional 2 badge to get the design as close to the original as they possibly could, and are actually going to send both of them to me, free of charge! This is honestly the best customer service I have ever received from any of my past purchases here on Amazon! 5 stars, I am a fully satisfied customer, and would definitely recommend this company for all your ID badges!

UPDATED REVIEW_- seller contacted me and apologized for my issue and offered to replace the badge! New badge has been holding up strong for 3 months! Thanks again!Bought this in Aug. 2021 was super cute and I really liked it. However, last week it fell off my badge.. upon further inspection I found that the top of the opening where the badge holder attaches is completely broken😑

Arrived this morning and it’s gorgeous!! Just as pictured💖 I ordered the horizontal one and it’s a square 3in by 3in id badge. Picture and text printing all in high quality 💖Note: printed on both sides (amazing and a surprise) and it didn’t come with a lanyard but honestly I don’t mind👍looks amazing and next time my thing renews and I need another one, I’ll definitely be back here ordering another one from this company💖
