Works OK for speech
For the price it is fine. However don't expect the high fidelity of a $600 hearing aid. There is some acoustic feedback (screeching) while putting it in the ear but then it settles down. I use it for TV and can lower the volume on the TV to avoid annoying my neighbors.

Comfortable and discreet
Comfortable and discreet, got this for my grandmother who’s hearing was starting to fade. She was surprised after trying it and realizing how much of an improvement it made with being able to hear properly, again. She had been continuously asking me to repeat myself in person and on the phone which is what prompted me to research hearing aids for her. Now with this device, she’s back to being able to follow along when people are talking, and watching TV. I helped her place it in her ear the first time, with the right attachment to fit her ear. It fit securely and she says it’s so comfortable and light, she forgets it’s there.

Not working, could be old batteries that came with the hearing aid.
I bought this for my mom. She's used it for a couple of days, but it stopped working last night. I switched out the battery with the second one that came in the box and send to be working again. Maybe it was just an old battery, but now it seems to have stopped working again. I am going to have to buy batteries tomorrow, which is inconvenient. Grrr!! I'm hoping the hearing aid itself works and I just got a bad batch of batteries. I'll update my review after I try new batteries, but for now I wouldn't recommend.

ITEM COMES IN A VERY BAD QUALITY OPEN PASTIC BOX LOOKS LIKE IT'S A FAKE COPY OF BEURER HA50. MAYBE IT IS FAKE COPY OF IT. I WILL HAVE TO VALIDATE WITH BEURER DEALER. VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED
