The return window closed on 10/24/2023 or else I would return this phone. I just went today to have it connected with my carrier which took over 4 hours due to set up running slow. I was also told by my carrier that this phone is not what it is said to be an S23. On one side of the box, it says S23 then when you turn around it says C23. It says it has so much GB's, but it runs slower than my A32. After getting home with the phone I was in the middle of a conversation the phone died and I cannot get it to turn back on, I even plugged in charger and nothing.

Slow as hell lagging phone! This phones hardware system is probably 15 years old as slow and laggy as it is 8gen2 my ass. OS definitely not Android 13. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you don't know nothing about TECH!

Phone is glitchy but works I only use mine WiFi so idk about phone service but it’s low quality
