Sleep & Sorcery: Enchanting Bedtime Stories, Rituals, and Spells

I first learned about this author on Insight Timer and she quickly became my favorite. When I learned that she was releasing a book, I was over the moon! Laurel has a magical way of weaving words and putting the reader into the story.Sleep and Sorcery has become my nightly ritual. I cannot think of a better way to drift off to sleep than inserting myself into these magical dreamscapes.If you haven't listened to her tell these stories, I highly recommend it. Her voice is so calming and her storytelling is masterful! I'm excited to dive deep into this book and incorporate the ritual aspect she provides into my practice.
