This is a good upper back support for those who are trying to get their posture correct. due to my being on the heavier body size. I find the brace to be alittle uncomfortable. Maybe for those who are little slimmer than i am can really benefit with this back support. The only issue i had was the arm straps. it tends to fold over itself which pinches my armpit area. But dont get me wrong, the straps to hug your upper torso gives the support anyone who suffers from upper back pain can enjoy.

I ordered this for a family member who wanted to improve their posture. Their feedback was positive overall and it seems to work pretty well for them. They wear it around the house without too much discomfort but aren't running in it (like one of the product pics show), so any moderate to strenuous activity may be difficult.One thing to note is that you need to be careful with sizing. The large band wraps around the abdominal area. How far down it sits on the abdomen will depend on each person, so it may be best to err on the side of caution when measuring and referring to the product size chart. The other thing is that we found that it provides better support if the smaller straps were looped back up to the shoulder instead of down to the waist. Of course, this is a bit difficult to do if you're putting this on by yourself, but if you have someone to help you, it's worth trying.Overall, this is a pretty good product. Unfortunately, comfort and usefulness will be highly variable since everyone is shaped differently.

When I ordered this Glofit Posture Corrector my waist measurement was in the upper range of the measurements given for the Large size. Since then, it looks like the product listing page has changed the size recommendation chart ( currently Large is 33.5"-37.4"), because my waist measurement would now be in the upper range of their XL sizes ( currently 37.4"-41.3"). The 'Large' size that I ordered is definitely too small for me. For all I know, the XL could be too small for me as well. And although the quality of the material and stitching looks decent, I don't think the material and design would feel comfortable even in the correct size since you have to pinch the skin under your arms in order to pull the shoulders back.

I have tried many back supports and while they work for my lower back issues they didn't help my shoulder issues. I decided to try this posture corrector as a means to help my shoulders be better aligned and to lesson the pain. I'm happy to say this does help and it's comfortable enough to wear for extended periods.As for the build quality and materials used, it's good, the fit is snug as it should be and the straps hold it in place firmly. I am able to work throughout the day wearing this and not have it hinder my movements. However, I do mostly wear it when relaxing at my computer, as it's main purpose is to help your posture and it does that well.This item sit over your shoulders and straps across your rib cage area, so keep that in mind when deciding on a size. It's a bit different than sizing a normal back support that goes across your abdomen/waist.The price is a little on the steep side when compared to other similar options, but overall I like this product.

After spending years working on computers, my posture has gotten worse and I am convinced that it has made me experience pretty persistent shoulder pain. I was hoping that this posture corrector would help with that. It tried its best, and it did reduce my pain a little bit, but it isn't a cure all. My posture has been improving due the back bones that are included in this brace. I like that it is adjustable from multiple spots so that I can make sure that I am getting the best fit. In its basic function, it is doing its job, my posture is improving, but don't purchase this thinking its going to fix your shoulder problems.
