Have used about half of the items to date, washed and dried right away with a towel. No signs of rust to date and the handles are still attached, so all good. The carry bag remains intact, though I don't actually carry it anywhere, it sits in the kitchen with the utensils inside (those that will fit). The cover dish is a bit flimsy and not sure how much heat it will be able to retain and did not really assist in melting cheese on top of burger when used and the burger stuck to the cast iron smasher when first used, so be prepared to lather that thing with oil before using or use a sheet of non stick paper, despit this it is a really good size for smash burgers (which is how we always have our burgers anyway). I recommend this purchase.
