So detailed!
Bought this for my son for Christmas welcoming him to Hogwarts because he received Hogwarts Legacy for his PS5. It was a digital download game so this was a great way to have him open a gift!

Ready to board the Hogwarts Express!
This would be the perfect gift for any child who is a Harry Potter fan. As an adult fan I am also thrilled with this item. It came looking exactly like the item description photos, so much so that I didn't bother to upload my own.The extra note explaining that the acceptance letter and ticket had to go through the muggle mail is delightful! The seal on the envelope was ever so slightly wonky and the inner seal has a crack in it, but honestly I use wax seals on my letters all the time and muggle mail tends to do this to them. The ticket is beautiful, thick card stock and metallic ink. The letter, envelope, and school supply list are all of paper that passes for parchment and are printed beautifully. They even have charred edges that might suggest an Uncle Vernon attempted to burn them before they reached their final recipient. My only complaint is that the entire thing is addressed to Mr./Mrs. with a blank line for the name. It would honestly have been better to address it more generically to Student or Future Witch or Wizard instead. Additionally it will be hard to personalize since the envelope is sealed and the outer address is in an ink color that might be hard to match.Tiny complaints aside, this is a charming gift for any Harry Potter fan, young or old. Highly recommended.

So cute
This was a perfect addition to my little Harry Potter display. I didn't even want to open it. I just have it displayed unopened. I love it.

Ok for the price, with a few issues.
I didn't want to spend a lot on a Letter to Hogwarts and this one seemed to fit my needs. As others have said, the Mr/Mrs thing is silly, as this is most likely intended for a child, so Mrs isn't really applicable (I hope). The burnt edges of the paper I definitely could've done without. I'm afraid it's going to fall apart with handling since someone went a little overboard on the second paper in the set. I think my biggest issue, though, is that I noticed a typo in the list for uniforms. All in all, for the intended purpose of this set and not wanting to spend $20+ on Etsy, it works.

AMAZING
YES! Finally! It only took an extra 24 years for me to get my Hogwarts letter. Better late than never. Luckily, this is just for me, so I don't care that it's not perfectly giftable. There are a few typos in the letter from McGonagall, but easy to ignore if you don't read too closely. It's small text. But really, this is an adorable collector's item. Two things to remember:1) The envelope comes legitimately wax-sealed. If you want to preserve the seal, you will need to be patient and carefully pry it up with something. I used a butter knife. Go slow, keep the knife as flat as possible, angling it up any and trying to lever it open will crack the wax seal.2) If gifting, you will need to open the wax seal prior to gifting it in order to add the person's name to the interior letter in the blank space.Overall, this is a fantastically detailed letter and I'm so happy to add it to my collection of wands and such. Amazing for the price.

Me and the wife love it!
We’re huge Harry Potter fans in our house and so getting my wife her letter she’s extremely happy with it. The paper looks nice and it’s a good size definitely recommend

I remember these being super popular...
I was working in a bookshop when the first HO book came out, I hand-solf them by the dozens, and my kids were HUGE fans. I was later on the opening team at Universal Orlando's Wizarding World, so I'm fairly steeped in Potter souvenirs.I love the cover letter, an addendum and not inside the envelope, apologizing for not sending through Owl Post. There is slightly smeared ink on the envelope, but as it could be written off as a side effect of Muggle Post, it's fine. The acceptance letter and equipment list are very close to the book version, and the slightly singed edges are kind of a cute touch (and hard to do, I've done it myself for projects). And the ticket from London to Hogwarts is charming. My only real problems are these, and they're small - as the names aren't filled in, all of the name spaces are "Mr/Mrs" and a blank space. No student would be Mrs, let's be honest, but a young child might miss that. And the envelope is written in green ink (I LOVE that), while the addendum and contents of the envelope are in black text - which makes it hard to get the recipient's name written in and looking consistent with everything else. The envelope is also sealed, which makes it hard to personalize the enclosure - I got the seal open carefully and could probably glue it back with care, so that may not be a problem.Overall, I really like it, and would get another as a gift in future.

Loved it!
This gives a retro HP vibe. Everything in the package was good. I only wished it came with the name writing option on the inside to customize it. Else, its a great gift overall.
