Couldn’t find where to message seller about issue I am having with this faucetWorked amazing for a couple months, but now the secondary sprayer is not working anymore?Took it apart checked for clogs just to find out the inner tube has torn??

Nice addition for the laundry room. Very high quality.
Great quality unit. Even with a close inspection I can't find a single thing wrong with it. Every piece is nearly flawless. I didn't take it out of the box yet ... for all the obvious reasons. That will happen soon enough.I will be putting this in the laundry room. Happy wife - happy life.The downside? I am going to have to remoce a section of the wall in the room behind the laundry room to get this installed. Most of the plumbing is already in the wall but I will have to adapt the water lines to fit this and of course, locate or fabricate some studs to mount this to. It's heavy. Then it's just a matter of repairing the wall I have to cut apart. Not a big deal but this little project is not for the faint of heart. It's tedious and time consuming. Should be fun, right?The faucet itself is beautiful. Very well made and the wife will love it - or else. :-)Considering the quality and utility of something like this - it's a heck of a deal. Great value.

Spray Hose is Leaking Inside of Metal Hose in Less than a Month
The metal spray hose has developed a leak in less than a month of use. I tried to contact Amazon to initiate a replacement but was shut down immediately by their robo customer service. Not happy about being ripped off and the lack of support to find a resolution.
