The hooks provided along with this are pretty much the basic ones (there are better ones available), aside from hooks, the strap and rings are really good.

Below expectation but Sturdier than it looks..
The rings are not polypropylene, as the picture indicated. They are made up of some kind of wood which appeared to be be plywood or something from over the black paint. The nylon belts are 1" thick and the buckles are just ok to use- they don't slip with my 80kg weight. You can buy it considering the price within 1.6K.

Mine got delivered a few days a go, been using it everyday. The ring quality is not great but very good though. For this price I would gladly give 5stars.
