Excellent material, poor craftsmanship.
TL;DR: Excellent materials. Terrible craftsmanship. Potential to be great with professional repairs. Not recommended without repairs.Starting from the headstock, the tuning peg holes are terribly crooked and the tuning pegs are pointing in all kinds of directions. The sealed gear tuning pegs are high-quality. The nut is plastic and was aggressively filed to match the width of the neck. The fretboard, frets, bridge, saddle are good as far as I can tell. The strings are not Aquila like the listing says. They are those garbage clear stretchy strings. It sounds horrendous, of course. The body looks beautiful until you notice the workmanship in the binding. The lovely binding is poorly attached to the body so there are gaps everywhere, and it's uneven relative to the surface. As a whole, the finish is okay. There are spots that are unfinished like the bottom of the bridge and the edge of the fretboard over the body (the edge over the neck it sealed). On a good note, other than the headstock issue, the ukulele is square and not crooked. There is hope! With some professional work, the nut, saddle, strings can be replaced, and the headstock holes can be realigned. It would probably be best to leave the binding alone. This has the potential to be a great instrument. I wouldn't recommend this ukulele to most people. It's look beautiful but repairs have to be made for it to sound beautiful. If you don't have luthier experience, buying a more expensive uke would be cheaper than paying someone to repair it.Note: No straps or picks included (unlike what the listing says). Padded bag included.EDIT: With some settling, the stock stings are less stretchy (still bad), but they are playable. Not as bad as they seem from what's written above anymore.

What do you want for $30???
The other reviewer of this ukulele was very unfair. This is a very decent Acacia Koa uke with good parts and a nice padded bag. It's unbelievable that they can do it at this price with free shipping. It required very little set up and looks and sounds as good as ukues I've seen for triple the price.
