I have restless leg syndrome and anxiety… which inevitably has led to life long insomnia and TMJ. I’m leaving this review because I’m completely shocked by the impact this blanket has had from the first day of use. I’m asleep within 10-15 minutes of laying down instead of my normal hour or more. I do not have the urge to constantly move my legs or feet while under this blanket and I do not wake up multiple times throughout the night. In fact, I wake up having an extremely full bladder because I sleep through the night and my body is not used to this. I’ve had no issues with my TMJ and it’s obvious I’m not grinding my teeth during my sleep now. So much for that $600 mouth guard I got from my dentist! The most shocking thing is I’m having dreams EVERY night. Vivid dreams. I never dream. Never! It’s extremely weird, but also satisfying because I know I’m finally getting good sleep. I feel rested and I’ve seen an improvement in my moods and anxiety. My husband wants to stock up on these blankets so I have one in case something ever happens to it. He has witnessed how well it works for me. It really does! I’ll update again to let you know how it’s holding up, but for now, I’m completely satisfied and wish I had one a long time ago!

After hearing about the benefits of weighted blanket to help sleep and as a person who suffers from an autoimmune condition that causes me to have extreme pain, I am very surprised how it feels. Game changer for someone who is searching for any product that helps at all. This blanket has exceeding my expectations.

It is a beautiful hue thick, warm, and cool, and the weight is wonderful. Best blanket i have ever procured.
