Fantastic bit of kit that works a treat im well impressed with the build quality and the price

The cables are kinda ridiculously short, causing it to dangle or clutter your device-usage area. It's also a shame that they're plain rubber though very thick. Genuine realktek chipset. Functions, almost instantly. Gets a little warm when used for streaming video. Although lists USB backwards compatibility this will not work with older, limited devices such as Wii U (tested). It will work on USB 2.0 for windows PCs (tested).

Does what it says on the tin. Dropped my original one and must have knocked a component loose so on my second which is working okay.

Simplicity..... My erthnet socket on the computer did not change it's operating light when plugged in and I could not make contact with the router, this suggested an internal repair was needed. However I was recommended to try using an adaptor and instead of using the socket use a U S B socket instead, and it works !

CableCreation USB to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, USB 3.0. Just plug in and go. Windows 10 didn't need a driver. I got full ethernet speed available to me on my connection (34 Mbps). I get the same with my laptop wireless connection, but this adapter allows me to entertain EMF sensitive people!

After serving 25 years as a computer tech, I was having massive problems with my own PC with terrible network and internet problems (1 Gig line running at less than 300 Mbps). I plugged this adapter in and ALL my network problems went away. Superb.

Worked brilliantly and you can with an adaptor (not supplied) plug it into a USB C slot as well

A bit more expensive than the other USBs; it has chipset, but, unfortunately it still drops off occasionally.

Comme ma Box-TV ne possède pas de prise RJ45 pour me connecter au réseau, c'est le seul moyen que j'ai trouvé et cela fonctionne parfaitement . La dépense est minime et l'encombrement dérisoire.

Works well with the Sony google tv running android 10.

Los materiales del equipo se ven de muy buena calidad y me funciona de maravilla la Red con mi equipo Mibox, no requirió configuración o algún controlador. El USB es dorado al parecer es de chapa de oro, equipo pequeño y muy ligero excelente para transportar, totalmente recomendable para todos aquellos que necesitan de una buena conexión rápida ethernet y solo cuentan con entradas USB
