Here are my pros and cons: Pros: - Tasteless, easily added to food/drink with minimal flavor change - Large bottle, lasts a long time Cons: - After a cup of bulletproof coffee I often had a fairly bad stomach ache for 30 mins or so. Regular coconut oil doesn't do this to me. - I got really bad anxiety when taking this. It sounds crazy but Google it, I know first hand it's real. - You miss out on some really important MCT's by taking only C8.
