Great CPU Cooler
Compact and works great with my dual CPU motherboard. Fan is quiet but keeps the CPU’s cool. It’s low cost makes this cooler a great value. Very easy to install and easy to mount if you have done these prior.

Fits old LGA 1366 mounting holes, cools SUPER well!
I have an Intel Core i7-930 Bloomfield from a computer I built in 2010. Unlike the inaccurate claims of other coolers listed here, this CPU cooler was designed for and did fit the old LGA 1366 fan mounts. It came with a long philips screwdriver (that I didn't need though) and thermal paste, but I used Noctua NT-H2 thermal paste instead. I didn't realize until recently that the stock Intel CPU cooler did a poor job of cooling my CPU. According to HWiNFO64, my CPU would EASILY jump up to 180+F when loaded down with heavy video encoding. Now, with this seemingly "no-name" brand "upHere" CPU cooler, the maximum core temperature does not exceed 144F with the same heavy video encoding. The max core temperature is about 106F at idle. I think that's a stellar difference! This upHere CPU cooler also cleared all the other capacitors, RAM, and I/O heat sinks on my Gigabyte X58A-UD3R motherboard. It seems very well built and the fan is very quiet too running at about 1680 RPM max (~1440 RPM idle). My case fans are louder. The only thing remotely negative that I have say is that I did have to unmount my motherboard from my computer case (all but 1 screw) to have room to place the CPU cooler mount behind the motherboard, but that wasn't hard and more a factor of the cutout in my computer case.I am very happy with this Cooler!

Fits x99 lga 2011/2011 v3
This is probably the 4th cooler ive bought for my asus x99-a ii and all of them said they would fit lga 2011 but none of them did except for this one!Keeps my cpu under 40c never seen it over even during stress testingVery simple to mount, looks good, feels like great quality!Only con is it has 3 pin argb connectors for the fans rgb so if you dont have an adaptor or your mobo doesnt have the connector then you dont have rgb.10/10 cooler would recommend to anyone!

Surprisingly good
I have a Dark Rock Pro 4, and this sort of reminds me of that cooler. I used this on an x299 motherboard with a 7920x installed in a SuperMicro SC846. It just fits the case, and using the stock fans from the cooler and the chassis, it keeps my i9 cool. Ironically the screwdriver it came with was not good, and I used my Dark Rock Pro extender driver in order to secure the screws to the motherboard. Under 100% CPU load, my temps will rise to about 64C but normal use it keeps my temps below 40C. Remember, this could be largely due to the very high airflow of the server chassis fans, but I am happy with it, and can't beat the price.

Cooling good, aRGB bad
Overall, the cooler and fan are nicely made. They do the job well on an FX-8350 (not OC'd). This fan does work with AM3+, and comes with what it needs to do so. The LED setup on the fan is an epic fail though. This fan requires that the ARGB be connected or the LED's wont come on at all. Other fans will at least turn the LED's on, though its not connected to a controller, and just do the default static color pattern. If that had worked, it wouldve been 5 stars.

Inexpensive cooler for x99 Xeon build
Can’t beat this cooler for the price. One of the best/only budget options for 2011-3 sockets. Keeps my 6 core 3.6ghz Xeon nice and frosty, and looks great inside the build. I opted for no rgb and an all black aesthetic. Installation was easy if you’ve ever installed a cooler before. If not, directions are there.

Excellent Value
This replaced the stock cooler on my I7 4790k when the mounting bracket failed. It was very hard to install on a MSI Gaming series G Motherboard due to the height of the heat sinks on the CPU power ICs, had to remove them then reinstall afterward. The force required to clip it to the mounting ring was worrying as well. On the other hand, 2 fans a (static blue) LED, included HS paste, shroud, quiet operation and considerably cooler temps than I had on the stock cooler make it a great deal.

I read the warnings but I did not heed them
The heatsink is fine, looks nice, works fine yada yada, but HOLY CRAP IT IS SO BIG, it is a PIG to fit into any PC unless you have a completely barren motherboard, at almost any angle it would hit the motherboard shrouds or my gpu, this thing was a MAJOR PAIN to get installed

Looks and works good but painful install
Good- pretty quite even under load, leds are super brightKeeps my i5 8400 at 100% load under 60c at just 50% fanbest cooler for the price (besides amd stock)Bad- mounting system is awful, if you ever plan on switching cpus get something elseIf you have a large gpu backplate it may not fit
