It doesn't work

We liked and appreciated the wheelchair a lot after it finally arrived. Now the company is not sending us a battery replacement after it gave out in less than 2 years. We contacted them several times as well as Amazon.de did on our behalf. No service from this seller.

Finally this wheelchair arrived, after numerous shipping errors and delays. But thanks to the quick responce and actions of the seller this product arrived.Negatives first, the back wheels are not solid like the front wheels, they're air filled, which means regular trips to the bike shop for top ups. I am sure they're probably more comfortable but the thought of getting a flat tyre when I am out and about fills me with horror. This is not the sort of added pressure and worry you need if you have mobility issues.The wheelchair is heavy. It is much lighter in weight than others I have used but still heavy, especially for someone with mobility issues, AND without power the wheelchair cannot be moved or pushed, for some reason I thought this wasn't the case at the time of purchase, however, this is a huge problem as it literally means that should something happen to either of the two motors or battery the whole thing becomes a useless and immovable £1252 hunk of metal and if you happen to be out and about when your wheelchair stops working and without assistance you're in real trouble. To be honest, had I known this chair cannot be pushed without power I wouldn't have bought it!The seatbelt is quite short. My mother could not wrap it around her waist. I don't think it is needed, but it is an added level of assurance for an older person and if you are going to provide a seatbelt make sure it is long enough and adjustable, which this is neither.There was no English usermanual. The Included usermanual is in Chinese (I think). I would have thought that a product heading for international market would include a multilingual usermanual.The picture of the folded chair you see in the ad is taken from the side, so it gives the impression that the chair is a lot smaller when folded than it actually is, so be mindful of that!Positive: it was easy to assemble and very easy fold (literally un clip and fold).It is quite nimble and agile once battery is connected and power is on. The controls are intuitive, easy to use and the chair is quite solid, steardy and comfortable. The right armrest is a little shaky but I am not sure if this is a product issue or due to shipping damage.The seat cousion is comfortable and so is the backrest, which could do with a bit more padding, but it is not bad.I have only had this a few days and have not experienced any perofmance or battery issues, and I sincerely hoping this will continue to be the case.A. Wir hatten uns so gefreut endlich der Oma einen Geschenk zu machen aber leider ist der Stuhl ohne Baterie gekommen.. ob die Baterie noch kommt oder nicht mehr , keine Ahnung.. auf jedenfalls warte ich noch 2 Tagen ansonsten sende ich alles wieder zurück.

Very good quality product well made,easy to use, the only fault is the weight, 30 kg, not easy to lift in to the car .
