Extra small handle don’t bother unless you children walk the dog!
Stupidly small handle absolutely useless! My hands are small I can hold it but it’s not comfortable at all, my son can’t even get his fingers through the handle. It’s a small lead for a small puppy we were not expecting a handle suitable for a toddler! It’s a nice Looking lead, real shame and it’s costing me £3.99 to send it back!

The easiest extendable lead
This brand is the easiest extendable lead brand available on the market and we have tried most of them! It's also one of the most competively priced. We would never ever use a cord extendable lead, and this tape one is perfect. It's long enough for our dog to feel she is still free - if she needs to be on the lead, but short enough that she can't get into too much trouble! It is easy to lock at a certain length if you wanted to and it doesn't jerk on the lock like many of the other brands do - which jerks the dog as well. It's lightweight but extremely sturdy, and the onyl reason our old one was replaced with this one is because the dog wrapped the other one round a rose bush which frayed a section of the tape - and although it was still strong, for safety and just in case - we replaced it with the same again. This size is easily strong and sturdy enough for our 10kg dog, despite it being very lightweight to hold and carry

Great lead.
So having previously bought a cheaper extending lead for my dog that broke, leaving it fully extended and not reeling in I decided to upgrade to a flexi. The price of this lead was pretty good and I got an amazon warehouse second hand one but I wouldn't have known that it had been opened by anyone else as it looked like new. The lead is very pink but it was cheaper in pink so I got it anyway. But it's small and so comfortable to hold, my previous one was so much heavier and the braking system much clunkier to use. This one is so easy to use one handed and so light and easy to hold. I'm really happy.

Returned for a full refund
Lasted less than a week before the tape snapped by a busy road, my dog only weighs 10kg. Luckily my dog is well trained, stayed put when called and came to no harm.In my opinion this product is extremely dangerous, very poor quality and I would not recommend it if you love your pooch.Returned for a full refund.

Great cock quality
Amazing lead super good quality really reliable , they are the only lead I trust . It’s got a really nice thick good quality lead on it, it really lightweight, somehow manages to keep the perfect tension on the dog without pulling the dog and without the lead being baggy

Dangerously weak
Bought 25 Aug for new Jack Russell puppy. Have been using for about 15 weeks. Puppy now around 5kgs so we’ll within weight guide. Lead snapped this morning just as we were about to cross a busy road. I can’t find a way to complain about this product. We almost lost our dog today. I would give this zero stars if I could, it’s dangerous and will not keep your dog safe.

Excellent
Excellent quality German made retractable lead. No fancy braking mechanism, just the basic thumb control and lock. Tape is definitely superior to cord as it is much less likely to result in rope burns, and not as easily chewed through. However if your dog shows a preference for chewing the tape I'd suggest a short length of chain between the lead and collar. You can't expect the tape to survive a sustained bout of chewing!

Great leads.
Love these Flexi leads but cockapoo pup chews through them very easily. Like the tape rather than cord as easier to pull in - doesn’t burn hand. Have now bought Ancol chain which fixes between harness and lead to stop him getting to the tape. Great leads. Would definitely recommend them.Have now bought Ancol chain extension to stop him chewing through tape and encourage better heel walking - which is working now.
