Microplane Adjustable Slicer with Julienne Blade Stainless steel/Black

Love it, gave my first one to my son and bought a new one , nice and compact, doesn't take up much room in the drawer ,great for making salads and stir fry

I can't believe this is a Microplane product. It's amazingly flimsy and broke the second time I attempted to use it. There are other, better handheld slicers out there.

very nice and does the job well

My husband doesn’t love this and complains about it when he uses it.

This makes ordinary slicing (and some grating) tasks so easy. My wife uses it all the time. One caution: the blade is sharp! Use the tool given to hold whatever you're slicing, or go carefully. It would be easy to take off a fingertip if you're not paying attention. But that very sharpness is what makes this such a pleasure.

It is very easy to use. It cuts with no need to apply high force (Even potato). It is not bulky so it can be stored in the daily knife and fork drawer. I like it very much. It is better than the bulky Mandoline.

Was surprised at how flexible the slicer is. Hasn't broken yet, but won't be surprised when it does. Not Microplane quality.

I wish I would have looked into this product more before buying. Normally, Microplane is consistent in quality but fell short here. The settings are practically useless for cutting anything bigger than a chip and the surface is made of cheap plastic. I'm interested to see how long it lasts.

Très efficace !

I bought this primarily for slicing potatoes, cucumbers, and carrots, and it has quickly become one of the most-used tools in my kitchen. The blade is exceptionally sharp and produces clean, uniform slices with very little effort. The adjustable thickness settings are easy to use and genuinely useful, whether I’m making thin slices for salads or thicker cuts for roasting. The julienne blade is also a great addition and makes preparing vegetables for stir-fries much faster. I particularly appreciate the non-slip feet and included food holder, which make the slicer feel stable and safer to use. The ergonomic handle is comfortable, even when preparing larger quantities of food. A word of warning: the blade is extremely sharp, which is exactly what you want in a slicer, but it deserves respect. Use the food holder whenever possible. Overall, this is a well-designed, high-quality kitchen tool that saves time, produces professional-looking results, and feels built to last. Highly recommended.

Mega Produkt. Funktioniert super.

Così buono che mi ha tranciato un dito 🥰 A parte gli scherzi, fate attenzione quando la usate perché è davvero buona , super affilata e fa il suo lavoro alla perfezione

It's very sharp and I'm scared of it! I bought it because I have a hand injury which prevents effective grip, so I bought Kevlar gloves to use with it. It's very efficient!
