not worth getting involved.
A third-party seller, Which means second rate service . not professional. buyer beware. Having purchased this machine. I found it cumbersome. unable to transport it over the threshold. It did not go over a step. In my opinion, it is not suitable for elderly/ infirm to use on their own. You really do need an able-bodied persons help. but the worst part is the return. The seller agrees to a return. first, they sent me a label to return to China. not a prepaid one. I had to get amazon to ask them to provide an address in England. Eventually we got it delivered via Parcel Monkey using DX. Just over £200. it was delivered . I provided proof of postage. log of journey. date . time of arrival. signed by ----. . the response after a months wait. is . They will not pay postage . going to deduct 30% for breaking contract. and waiting for me to prove delivery was received.
