The media could not be loaded.  Product was working fine for about a month. Turn it on today no power on the left side. I should have listened to the reviews 😡😡😡😡

Use it for a small coffee shop to make paninis, works like a charm.

We’re very happy with it. Just plugged it in and we’re easily able to toast bread and heat food, for a very reasonable price.

This panini press is the real deal. I was intimidated at first when it showed up in a wooden crate but we got over that fast. Temp control is easy and works well. Can fit one large or 2 regular sandwiches without an issue. Easy to clean

Right when I plugged it in, it started smoking inside the electrical area (not grill). Then wouldn’t work. I tried to return it. They wanted me to pay to ship back. I can’t afford that. 60-90 dollars I think the ups store said. So I’m guess I’m just out of the money. Will not buy from them again. Be careful when buying from this company it’s not Amazon. They just sell through Amazon.

Purchased product and within few months the left side started burning food even at low temp. Tried to resolve with seller.. not helpful at all. They offered to send me parts to fix. Replied I didnt have someone to fix and got no where. Thankfully, I had purchased the insurance that covered 90%. Not to mention, I had no idea I needed 2 separate plugs.. that wasnt mentioned and I didn't know until I received it. It kept blowing the fuse.
