TACOMEGE 2Pcs Metal Ring Sticker for Pop Socket Magnetic Grip

Bought this to attach magnetic popsockets to the back of my kindle. I have mine attached to a silicone case & it stays in place with no problems. I have found that if I take the case off & bend the case, the magnet does peel off quite easily, but have had no problems with it coming off while in use (this is actually a perk to me; if I want to take it off I can without damaging the case, but if I want it to stay on, it stays!) If I put my popsocket centered on top of it, it takes a really, really hard pull to get it off. I also sometimes will attach the popsocket slightly off-center, and then it pulls off with a slight tug, but still stays sufficiently stuck so I can hold it without problems. If I shake my kindle hard by the popsocket, the magnet will stay attached to the popsocket when centered, and will fall off when uncentered. Overall, a perfect purchase!

I'm glad they included two because I learned a valuable lesson - get it right the first time. The adhesive is very strong, but will lose tack if you have to remove and move it. That said, I've tested it pretty well with shaking by the popsocket and everything and the adhesion is great. That said, adhesion may vary depending on the type of material of someone's phonecase. My phonecase is that TPU-like hybrid material and so it doesn't have a problem with things sticking to it.

Very strong attachment to PopSockets, a little hard to pull the magnet off but can be done with a butterknife. It sticks well to the two cases I have as well. Good value.

Had really high hopes for the mag safe set up for my Kindle. Put this on the outside of my case and then put my magsafe base and stand on and successfully used it. Went to take the base off just to test it, and the sticker came right off with it and is stuck to the magnet. I've tried everything to remove the sticker from the base with no luck. I tried heat, prying it with toothpick and a card, floss and string, moving it to slide it. Really disappointed because now my brand new magsafe base and pop socket is unusable and I have to spend more money getting a new one (definitely going with a different brand).

I primarily got this so my wireless charger could sit on the back of my phone better and so I could use my magnetic pop socket. While it will usually have a good hold for the charger and the pop socket, when I go to remove to pop socket, the ring will unstick form the case. After a couple weeks of not using the pop socket, the ring seems to be sticking fine again

Ok, I like the color. This matches my phone's protective case. That said, I am noticing a repeat flaw with these "metal rings". 1) The adhesive does not like protective cases. I've tried 4 different metal rings, including both of "these" rings, and the supposed 3M adhesive doesn't adhere for more than 30min, before the entire ring peels off, typically with the popsocket. 2) WHEN the ring peels off, it doesn't come off in a flat piece. It typically "peels" off in a circle, warping the metal and making the ring completely useless. The only time this hasn't happened, was when the popsocket came off WITH the ring. 3) These TWO rings are now impossible to "remove" from the popsocket magnet, as in, I have no way of getting any "traction" to separate them from the magnet, and oh buddy, have I tried. I have an entire jewelers kit that these rings are absolutely laughing at. 4) Lining up the "ring" for best usage, is just rude. You have to best guess it, and then live with the results... at least till it "peels off". 5) Using a alcohol based cleaner on the case does not help, prior to adhering the metal ring. So "how" have I made this functional? Gorilla Super Glue. I got the Gorilla super glue that comes with an applicator brush, brushed it over the 3M of the outermost ring that I couldn't remove from the popsocket, and then using the popsocket, lined up "where" I wanted the magnetic socket to go. 2 days now, and it hasn't "peeled off" in my hands... however I also can not seem to remove the top popsocket, so I might have just made what was supposed to be a removable holder into a "permanent fixture". ::facepalm:: If I had known previously, I would have just attached the ring with super glue by itself, to begin with. Side note, with that much metal with 2 rings, this absolutely works with the magnetic phone holder in my car. Sorry no pics this time, as I can't take a pic of the back of my phone, with my phone, as these rings are most definitely not coming off now. XD

I purchased this two pack of rings in order to add a “MagSafe” grip to my Kindle Fire case. I decided to put one on each side so I could move the grip from one side to the other, depending on which hand I wanted to hold my Kindle with. These work absolutely perfectly - almost too strong! They hold very well, and I have no fears of them coming off. They also have given no indication of coming loose or off from lose of adhesion, even with switching the grip often. These will help you with your Kindle set up!
