Cold Therapy System, Post-Surgery Pain Reliever, Programable, Transparent Double-Walled Insulation Bucket, Ice Therapy Machine After Surgery, Including Remote and Shoulder Pad

Had knee replacement a month ago this machine is a big part of my recovery. EZ to use and effective, I had minimal swelling and didn’t need as much pain medication. The remote was a great feature much better than having to bend over to reset. The blue light kept it visible at night. Used multiple times a day for a month no leaks & handle allowed me to move as needed

This cold therapy system was excellent. It is easy to set up, well made, and amazingly quiet. You can’t even hear it when it’s running. The pad that comes with it worked well for a knee replacement. I highly recommend it.

Easy to use generally and works well, as expected. Operation is very quiet. Cooling pad is a bit difficult/awkward to connect as is the top section difficult/awkward to install. Once you have the cooling pad connected so it doesn't leak, don't disconnect it! Well insulated - ice lasts a long time. Remote control is nice so it can be restarted (30 minute timer) without bending down. If you use chilled water (jugs from fridge) and the recommend amount of ice - you easily get 3 solid hours of useful cooling.

Back surgery 6 weeks ago; ordered the unit the day we got home and used it almost 24/7 the first 10 days, the on/off after that. It has worked like a champ and has provided welcome pain relief. Will order another one if there is a sale. PS Great customer service re minor remote issue.

it's a great ice machine for your after operation swelling, but be prepared with a lot of ice or you can switch out water bottles that have been frozen!

Product arrived as described. When operating the device as directed, it would fill with water but not circulate the water. This defeats the purpose of the ice water in the tank. First one I thought was a fluke, then the second arrived and the same thing happened. I have ordered from a different company and different brand, Polar Care from Berg a much better quality product.

First machine I received wouldn't circulate water back to the tank. Ordered a second because was in desperate need and couldn't wait for the replacement process. Second machine works perfectly. I like how you can turn all the machine lights on or off with the remote and let the machine be a night light so you don't need the room lights at night to make adjustments. The remote is handy for pausing and running the machine too and don't need to reach for the machine to adjust anything.

Wife had her knee scoped, used this chiller to help with swelling. We used frozen water bottles instead of ice. Great product.
